September 2025 UPDATE: The RCA summarized how training refresh work and Employment Plan questions were being tracked for the Cook County Recorder of Deeds.
The status note points back to the Fall of 2010 training packet and to the amended Employment Plan already posted with the court documents. It does not replace those filings. It tells supervisors where the public copies live when a new hire sequence starts in the autumn.
Exempt-list questions that still cite the May 2005 through September 2010 claims window should be read with the Background page. September 2025 tracking only records that those older papers remain the reference set.
